First Day Forest Connection

We will meet outside of the Jocassee Gorges Visitor Center at Keowee Toxaway State Park. We will start with a brief explanation of the benefits of Forest Bathing prior to entering. This is a gently paced and silent journey giving you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You are encouraged to touch, smell, whisper secrets to the plants, and , yes, hug trees. Set your inner child free, get dirty, and open your heart to the magic of the forest. We will have a tea ceremony, so please let me know of any allergies prior to the event.

This is a moderately difficult trail with uneven terrain. (I will be holding beginner level experiences in the future.)
