In this 7 week program I provide compassionate one-on-one support to guide you from mere survival to a state of joyful living. Each unique journey is embraced with gentle guidance, as I honor your individual path and empower you to discover what truly resonates with you. Includes: 1- Twenty minute discovery call 7 - One hour sessions done once a week for seven weeks Email support during your program
