**Our Sacred Path: Forest Immersion Experience** Immerse yourself in the embrace of nature with a guided forest connection experience. What to Expect: This silent practise invites you to connect to the forest as you did when you were a child. You are encouraged to touch, smell, and observe nature with respect and curiosity. There is a tea ceremony during this practice, so please let me know of any allergies prior to the event. The location will be tailored to your experience and comfort. We will walk at a gentle pace giving you plenty of time to take pictures, whisper to the plants, and yes, hug trees.
